This is my home three days a week for my afternoon class. I am a founding member of over five years and travel one hour each way for my workout. It is a big commitment of time but my health and wellness is priority one. OTF gives you results at your own pace. The people are all nice and we all encourage each other no matter what your level. As this 63 year old non athlete with bad knees will tell you If I can do it I know YOU can do it!" See ya there.

Great workout. Coaches Sarah & Megan are my favorites! My absolute favorite thing about their pricing is the flexibility to get a pass vs membership. I like to mix it up. Also helps that I can use my pass at any Orangetheory including Winston Salem, that I work in sometimes. Try a 3G workout if you can as the time flies by!

I’ve made it to a few classes here since I come to Burlington for work every month. The staff at the check in/front desk have been super kind every time I show up and the coaches are amazing too. I just had a class with Megan and she was very energetic, had great music (it was a little bit of everything), and made sure everyone felt confident in their workouts no matter what station/move they were doing. I’ll definitely make this my go to studio every time I come down here for work! It’s worth the half hour drive to get a good burn in for a whole hour at the end of a long work day! 🧡
