    I have been a patient of Dr. Char for many years and have always appreciated being in his care. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to address any questions or concerns. The staff is nice to work with and the office is very clean and safe. I highly recommend.

    I have been a patient of Focal Point Optometry for many years, and have found that the staff are caring, helpful, and personable. Even when things have not gone perfectly, they have been good about quickly rectifying the situation. I trust my eye health to Dr. Arellano and associates, and the staff.

    The care and service I receive at Focal Point is always the highest of quality. Judith is the best when it comes to customer service and her professionalism. Plus, her personality really makes the process more fun

    Staff is friendly and they do a good job of keeping the place clean. All are good about staying masked. Met with Dr. Hsieh and he was very good about explaining the findings in the eye exam and how to help my eyes feel better. I’ll be coming back for sure.

    The entire staff was very nice. They kept everything clean and I felt safe. Dr.Hsieh was very helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I felt taken care of. A wonderful experience overall even in these Covid times.
