Best Auto Sales

Purchased a van back in Oct 2020. I wanted to wait before I made my review. The transaction was one of the easiest I have ever done. I drove the van off the lot and 200 miles later I had it home with no issues. The van is currently now in Oregon with no issues. I would purchase again from this location and have been to the site many time to look.

I read the other reviews and the process easy simple, easy, fair just like the others said. Shawn is personable, not pushy, and professional. The check engine light came on, and Shawn took care of it. He checked in several times to make sure all was right. I'll definitely go back when I'm in need of another vehicle and recommend him to friends and family.

Bought a bucket truck from Best Auto Sales. Really impressed with the truck had no issues when it was delivered. Shawn made the transaction very smooth and hassle free. Had it delivered to Chicago without seeing the truck in person. The truck came in Excellent condition. No problems at all with it. Highly recommend this dealership. Definitely will be buying from them in the future.

I found a 2003 Ford Expedition with only 89k miles on it, which was perfect for what I needed it to for and will last us years. It was a smooth process. They were very helpful the vehicle runs perfectly and smoothly so far I have not had any issues with it. It’s perfect for towing our travel trailer which is what it was purchased for. Shawn was very helpful and accommodating and pricing was fair and reasonable. I will recommend them to anyone searching for a vehicle that is low mileage and fairly priced.

What a great place to buy a used van or truck. I went there several times to purchase and extended van to drive from California to New York. Their sales manager Shawn was my contact and he was 100% patient in helping me find the right van. He answered all my questions and concerns and I never felt pressured like I did at other dealerships. They conduct themselves with the highest form of integrity, their prices are fair and if I ever need a van again I would go right to them hands down.
