I love the service n the wide selection of vehicles they have in stock.

They went above and beyond to help me when I return the vehicle as I needed a wheel chair. They called several numbers for me to try and get me a wheelchair. Although they were not successful, (not because of lack of effort) they went out of their way to make sure I was ok. Eric was the wonderful gentlemen that tried helping us, he was kind and helpful. Thank you for a great experience, I will certainly be renting from Alamo again. God Bless and stay safe.

Great experience using them. Very friendly staff. I take away one star for the web-site directing me to go directly to the area to pick any vehicle in the group as I pre-paid/registered to skip the counter. No vehicles in the area to choose from. I ended up having to go to the counter anyway. Please update your web-site to reflect the current conditions and you have five stars! Would rent again from them without a doubt!

Very efficient, easy and outstanding service! Alamo has never failed me. My experience was excellent in all aspects. Minneapolis Alamo had me in and out in a very smooth transaction. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted with an exceptionally great rate. Very clean, staff was amazing and personable. I will definitely use and recommend Alamo in the future!
