The Connect Hearing location on Beechmont Avenue is a great place to go for your hearing needs and requirements. The staff is courteous and professional. Lisa is a highly qualified audiologist and totally understands hearing-aid technology and will take her time to fully explain and demonstrate all choices. Her recommendations are spot on. It's easy to arrange an appointment and Julie is always helpful and will accommodate all reasonable requests. I highly recommend Connect Hearing on Beechmont Avenue in Anderson Township.

Great staff, was able to answer all of our questions and very helpful. Safe and clean environment and practiced safety first rules during this pandemic. Would recommend to anyone.

Lisa exceeds my expectations of excellent customer service. She is knowledgeable and super caring. Lisa goes the extra mile to make sure I have the best but affordable product for my hearing needs. Julie her office support person is also extremely friendly and customer focused. Even though I no longer work close to her office, I will not change to another service because I am in capable hands with Lisa’s professional expertise.
