Updates since my first review: They’ve greatly improved!

The people are very friendly, however, the bank does not staff properly for banking hours. Every single time we come here we’ve had to wait a minimum of 45 min to see someone. Very frustrating!

This branch is wonderful. I used to live in the area, and now I still drive there for my banking needs. Teresa Brown, at the counter—always welcomes you in when you come from front door; Joseph Figueroa, Andrew Young and Daniel Camacho (notarized on the spot) are top notch as well. I highly recommend this branch for all your banking needs.

Awesome Bank I have been here for over 5 years. We have our personal and Business accounts here etc. I feel they are staffed appropriately. Unfortunately retail has waves of people and to have too many people there would cause me to have higher fees on accounts. It's simple economics.
