Karen toured me and my family, she’s great and so sweet and very friendly our boys would not stop talking about her after we left. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything about the property. ♥️ We sure hope to make this place our home.

The staff here is the best! My wife and I have lived here almost 2 years now and everything about this place has exceeded our expectations. Very much recommend!

Only been living here a couple of months but it is a great place to live, the staff here is very helpful and nice. The manager is amazing and will do anything she needs to do to help you. The maintenance is fast and do things right the first time. The price is perfect, the price includes internet and tv. Willing to pay the price for the security of a gated community.

These apartments are truly a "hidden gem" in Memphis. Quiet and peaceful community. Great office staff. Rarely any maintenance issues - but on the few occasions, staff responded promptly. Lived here for a year and would stayed longer, if I didn't have to relocate out of state.

We lived at Quail Ridge Highlands for 3 years. In fact, we would still be living there if we had not been relocated out of state. We absolutely loved it there. The staff is absolutely amazing and always goes above and beyond. The community is well kept and maintenance is always on their A - game. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone and would live there again in a heartbeat.
