I have never felt better. I walk in with the weight of the world on my shoulders and I walk out feeling not only connected to myself, but to my community. Club Pilates is Clean, Sanitized, Safe and COMFORTABLE.

Club Pilates is a great place to keep your body fit! The low impact exercise improves core strength, flexibility, coordination and posture. The instructors are all outstanding. Very skilled and attentive to each person in class. The staff really love what they do and work as a team. Cara is a great manager! The studio is very clean and has top notch equipment. Wearing a mask during class is not a problem and the reformers are distanced appropriately. Pilates will transform your body- all for the better and help you heal from past injuries. Give it a try!

I am really enjoying my pilates classes; it has me feeingl better and going to classes often. They offer diiferent instructors, different classes and many different times...all a good thing. They have worked with my injuries with an ease of adjustment. They are positive and keep things moving. The studio is clean, fresh and welcoming. I am so glad to have the machines/studio so close to home.

Much gratitude to the Club Pilates Hampton crew for helping me to learn the value of core stability, for helping to increase my (non-existent) flexibility and for the community. The instructors give you a good workout, but more importantly, the WHY behind the workout. You flex your body... and your mind.
