Frick Park Off-Leash Exercise Area

People here were pretty nice, very yuppie, but nice.

The dog park is a reasonable walk from the street (maybe .5m) but once there, it was a great open fenced in space with plenty of room for my dog to sprint and nice dogs to play with

We met some friendly dogs and friendly people.

I have been bringing my 3 puggles here for 13 years. Very nice off leash area and only 2 issues with dogs or owners over the years.

TLDR: We love Frick Park, but hate bullies!

We love to take our puppy to the Off-Lease Exercise Area and he has many friends with whom he loves to romp. The area itself is quite nice and we have found that the community overall is very friendly and attentive. However, we want to warn anyone planning to visit to keep an eye out for one dog in particular who has been bullying our dog and many others to the point that there are many of us who have to leave when he enters. BEWARE OF JASPER (WHITE W/ BROWN SPOTS PIT MIX). JASPER MOUNTS AND BULLIES DOGS WITH RECKLESS ABANDON AND HIS OWNER DOES VERY LITTLE TO CORRECT THIS BEHAVIOR. We love the park itself, but wish that there was a way to formally report careless owners who are consistently irresponsible and allow their dogs to engage in unsafe behavior.

We would love if the park would post a number in the OLEA that could be dialed when dogs and their handlers are not following the code of contact. Perhaps something like this would make people like Jasper's owner more accountable?
