I was recently looking for a property in Seattle and was extremely lucky to have Randa as my agent. Not only was she knowledgeable but her guidance was more than helpful. She listened carefully and patiently to what I was looking for and toured many properties with me until I found what was right for me. Throughout, she made recommendations, and above all bore with me, and my innumerable objections and hesitations. She was never pushy and made it perfectly clear that the final decision remained mine. I hesitated, I procrastinated, but she was still with me. When I finally found what I wanted, from patient she turned diligent, and went above and beyond in helping me to close quickly. Even after closing, Randa found contractors for me at a time when I was in a hurry and feeling totally overwhelmed and helpless; for instance, she arranged for my water heater to be replaced so that I could feel better. I really enjoyed working with Randa and in light of the above, I could not recommend her as a real estate agent highly enough.
