I've lived in 1701 North Apartments for the past 16 months. The apartment is well maintained, quiet and convenient. The management team at this apartment makes all the difference of the world. They are respectful, professional and very responsive to my questions and repair requests. This is truly the best apartment that I have ever lived in. I’ve loved living here the past two years. The leasing manager Debra and Neisha are absolutely amazing and have always been so friendly and kind whenever I needed anything. Maintenance is always timely and very helpful. I can’t tell you how many late nights I’ve spent in the clubhouse or study room. The amenities are great and even better when Summer rolls around! Residents are really neighborly and the community events help people meet one another. I would love to stay here, but unfortunetly I have to move. I wish I could take this apartment management team with me!

We lived at 1b1b for 2.5 years and moved to a different county. We were fully satisfied with everything including overall safe, comfortable atmosphere as well as cool pool and clubhouse. Communication with office staff was always efficient, quick-responsive, and considerate. Highly recommend this apartment!

Great place to live! Apartments are more like homes inside , very comfortable and quiet. Everyone is very polite. The office staff is very friendly and Debra the manager responds and tries to help you anyway she can. Maintenance staff is professional and responds very fast.
The amenities are beautiful and the property always is clean and neat. I’m lucky to live here !

So happy with this office’s customer service! I am always able to get ahold of Jill because she gives us her cell phone number and when I call the office they’re always quick to get me what I need! My step-daughter got her license recently and they made it so easy for us to get it straightened out!

I’ve been incredibly happy with Jill’s office! My wife and I had to deal with my brother’s passing and she supported us in ways no other insurance agent has. I can’t thank her enough for her availability and pure concern for our needs. She came to our home to help us with things not even related to my brother’s insurance. I will not use anyone else, just for the fact that she has gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of during this difficult time! Highly recommend!

Every experience I’ve had has been great. Everyone I’ve spoken to is very polite, friendly, and helpful! They’re also very quick to respond which is fantastic. The best people to work with! My new apartment complex asked me to revise my renters insurance SEVERAL times and Jill did it quickly every time.

I currently do business with another branch of State Farm since I do not live near Jill's office. However, since we know one another well outside of her office, I have asked her for insurance advice from time to time. I have been so impressed that she has never ever tried to take me away from the place we currently do business with. She has even told me how much she values her customers and does everything she can to retain loyal customers. Her level of leadership and commitment to her business and employees is really special. You would be in very good hands as one of her customers!
