The Doctors' Office Urgent Care of West Caldwell, NJ

The three employees whom we met in the parking lot were outstanding in their kindness and friendly demeanor. Additionally, they were each very efficient at their work. I respect the management of these people. We also got our results back very quickly. I’d be happy to use this medical service again.

I needed to find a place to get COVID testing but every place was always booked up because they were first come first serve. This place lets you make an appointment online so I was able to book a time during the busy holiday season! Once you get there you stay in your car, they check you in on a tablet, check your temperature and other vitals and then perform the swab test. All the workers were super friendly even during this busy time and I appreciated how efficient the process was. I was done within 30 minutes and got my results in 2 days! Definitely recommend coming here if you need to get tested!

The pre check in process was excellent. I had a 9:40am appointment. I arrived at 9:30 and immediately used the link to advise I was there. The gentleman in the parking lot was very nice and professional but he could not provide info as to when I would be taken. As it turns out I waited 90 minutes. The Dr. who performed the nasal swab asked me why I was still there at 11 with a 9:40 appointment.
In summary having an appointment did not seem to help but I recognize how challenging this must be for your staff who were all very pleasant.

Great 1st time experience! From the front staff to the doctor who treated me, everyone was caring and efficient. Care was great! Waiting room & office very clean & followed covid protocols I hope I never need an Urgent Care center again but if I do, I’ll be back. Thank you for a positive experience. Batb
