Dyson Service Center

Our experience with Brett Hammond at the service center renewed our faith in the Dyson brand. We brought our 1.5 year old cordless V7 vacuum in because it was failing quickly on high power and, though we did not mention it to Brett, getting hot to the touch after extended use. He came out to our car (COVID rules in effect) took the vacuum and returned less that 10 minutes later. He had replaced the battery even though the unit was performing fine in his test (thanks for believing us...it's one of those things that comes and goes) and, he noticed on his own that the motor felt hotter than normal after his test run. So he replaced that. WOW. Awesome customer service. We have gone from cursing Dyson to praising Dyson. we hope the repaired unit going forward is as reliable as Brett. Nice work!

I had my Dyson service on 1/16 and Brett was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant for my curbside service! He was able to figure out the issue of my 10 year old Dyson and it works great now! Whenever it's time to buy a new Dyson I will 100% go to Dyson Service Center first to purchase from them!

Wow! This was by far the best experience I’ve had when it comes to customer service! From the very first phone call I made, I could tell I was in good hands. Mr. Hammond and the others showed me nothing but superior respect and patience (I am that type of person with lots & lots of questions)! My appointment today couldn’t have gone any better. Mr. Hammond was very professional and extremely knowledgeable when it came to helping me understand my V6 Animal better. I would give this location 10 stars if I could. You can definitely tell they actually care about their Dyson customers. Above and beyond excellent customer service.

Fantastic customer service and amazing guys! Took in a well-used vacuum with multiple issues, and left with an almost brand-new machine! They fixed everything in a day, and even cleaned the machine!

I cannot say enough about Dyson products, but if you own one, you already know that! This service center is great though, as it allows me to drop off a vacuum rather than sending it in to Dyson. Makes my life much, much easier!!!

I can only recommend this place to anyone looking for professional, courteous, and quick service!
