Roofs R Us

Roofs R Us did a great job for me. They handled virtually all aspects of my roof replacement following a hail storm. Once I filled my initial insurance claim, they assumed full project management with with the insurance company, the city (permits and inspections), my gutter cover vendor, and copper accent roof supplier. They worked closely with the insurance company adjuster to get all of the work that needed to be done covered, and obtain full coverage for everything I needed to pay to get a complete job done. The timeliness and quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Best of all, Luke and Erik were fabulous communicators, proactively keeping me informed on the status of the claim and work, and promptly responding to any questions I had. I would highly recommend Roofs R Us for any roofing issues.

We had quite a bit of storm damage to our roof, skylight, gutters. Mark was diligent in working in identifying all the damage and working with our insurance company to get adequate reimbursement. We were very satisfied with all the work done (roof/skylight replacement, cleanup). Communication excellent, thank you Sandy!

Roofs are Us did an excellent job replacing my old roof. Their crew was very professional and made sure to pay attention to detail and completed the job quickly without any issues. They also did a very thorough job of cleaning up when finished. Everyone I worked with was very helpful, especially Sandy in the office. Roofs R Us repaired a hole in our roof caused by a tree branch. The spot was 30 feet off the ground on a 12 x 12 pitch. Erik and Sandy organized the repair quickly, and the crew dealt with the issue professionally and expertly. You cannot tell where the repair was done because it was completed so well. This company has great communication with its customers and they went out of their way to get our job done before winter, fitting us in between larger jobs.

Very pleased with Roofs R Us. Professional and responsive. They were extremely helpful during the entire process. We had a tricky issue with wind damage to our roof. Several other roofing companies passed on the job. Mark was incredible and work very hard to get all the details to our Insurance company. Because of Mark's experience and knowledge he was able to convince our Insurance that our roof was damage by wind. Mark put a lot of time in to properly documenting our damage. Once Mark connected directly with our Insurance company the process was fast and smooth.
We had the same great service from Roofs-R-Us Office Manager, Sandy and Project Manager, Moises. First rate all the way through to the end. Moises kept us updated daily on the progress. We had a early winter snow storm that threaten to delay completion. Moises arranged to have the snow shoveled and they finished on time! We love the quality and look of the new roof. It really make the house look fresh. Mark's recommendation of shingle color was right on.

Lastly, I can't say enough about the Office Manager Sandy, always pleasant. When we had a small delay, she called immediately and kept us update several times a day. When the job was finished and their was slight error with payment from the Insurance company. Sandy connected with them to make sure we were reimbursed the full amount. Incredible service from every one at Roofs-R-Us, they are a great organization. In the 20 years we have been home owners, this was by far the best experience we had with a home improvement company.
