I wish I could rate 1000. I cannot express enough, the gratitude I have for Art and everyone at advanced setting technologies!!! Extremely knowledgeable and so courteous, Art make sure you have everything you need and that you understand your machine to the fullest capacity. Every time I've gone there I have been treated like a very special client and not as so appreciated! He is Genuinely a very nice man you go there with a smile you will get 1 back 10 fold! The most important thing is that he stands by his product and I stand by his product!! So I was there that day to pick up commercial sewing machines, a total of four of them on skids. The location is near st. Mary's Church, I had to park on the street and they would come down the hill in the forklift and drop them on the back of the trailer of which I would use a pallet jack to load them in and secure them. I must say kudos to the man on the forklift, he was very pleasant and knew what he was doing! He signed the bill of lading as well as me signing the bill of lading I got my copy and left! Thank you to him. But I must say the person that I don't with on the telephone, should probably use a little restraint when answering the phone as well as answering questions, when you ask for help it's always a good idea to give it rather than act adversarial in nature! Although we did get our point across it's always nice to deal with someone Pleasant on the phone as this type of work and dealing with the general motoring public makes a hard day, especially when you're driving a tractor-trailer down one-way streets and tiny alleys to get to where they are! All in all everything worked out, I've been there many times, and I must say five stars to the forklift operator and three stars for the phone operator, at any rate thanks for all that you do you are appreciated!

This business is owned by one of the most phenomenal businessmen I know. Him and his team of workers have been at it for many years and do a fine job.
