(November 14, 2017, 11:34 am)The owner is honest. Being able to workout in the evening is important to me because of my busy schedule. I am considering the spin bikes, but haven't got the courage yet to try. I have enjoyed this gym for about 8 to 10 years.

(November 7, 2017, 12:14 pm)Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and well maintained. Other members are friendly. 24 hour access is great! I've been a member at a large gym and I really prefer the atmosphere of the smaller gym. I would recommend it to anyone.
