Ashley Manor Memory Care

I had one of my dear friends at Ashley Manor in Aurora for 3 years and they took great care of her. Jorgi is the head caregiver and had always made me feel like my friend was special and well taken care of. The entire staff always made me feel that way. It was an honor to have my friend spend her final days in such caring and loving hands. I would highly recommend Ashley Manor to anybody.

The Administrator, Gigi is an amazing administrator. She is an experienced administrator and knows the ins-and-outs of this industry. She has received a perfect survey from the state for meeting regulations, which is unheard of. She does a great job ensuring residents are safe, happy, and receive adequate care. Gigi always has a positive and uplifting attitude. She always comes to work with a smile and goes above and beyond her duties, to meet the needs of her residents. She is smart and compassionate, especially to those who are effected with dementia. The Staff she has are dedicated to their responsibilities as caregivers. Her assistant is diligent with her duties and ensures the residents have what they need and she is quick to communicate any changes or concerns to the administrator.The other caregivers are hardworking and provide excellent care. This house has a positive atmosphere and this team works very hard to provide a comfortable and safe place for their residents.

My dad lived at Ashley Manor for quite some time before he needed a higher level of care. We did have concerns at times, but overall this is a really great place. The manager is wonderful. The staff for the most part are great. When I did have concerns, I was able to escalate them when necessary and get response from higher ups. The facility is very cozy and not institution like at all. While I am giving it four stars I can't really say I have seen anywhere so far that I would give a 5 to. Recommend.
