I called M B Thomas RV Sales due to an ad posted on Craigslist for RV shrouds. I clicked the wrong button, got into the wrong department. Glen in parts explained that the owner was taking care of the Craigslist ad, he transferred me. Someone named Justin picked up, I explained why I was calling. He said the owner was walking into the building right now and put me on hold. Not more than 10 - 15 seconds later the same person came back on and told me that he didn't want to leave me on hold (which I appreciated). He said he'd transfer me to parts as he thinks the shrouds listed on Craigslist were just black ones (I was looking for white). When I got back to parts and Glen picked up, I explained why I got back to him and that I was looking for a white shroud not black as in the ad. I gave him the model #, and brand of the AC on my RV. He was very courteous and very helpful. He found the correct part for me and explained a few issues about the shroud. I really appreciate his time and advice. I'd definitely go back to M B Thomas again. Finding one good knowledgeable friendly employee is rare in this day and age. Not to mention two.

Our family (first time RVers) rented an RV here. The customer service was impeccable all around. From the initial phone call to reserve the RV, to the front desk personnel at pickup and drop off and the guys at return. Everyone was so personable. The RV was in great shape and very clean. At pickup, we received a detailed walk through with lots of tips to make our trip safe and fun. Our kids had so much fun, they wanted to just ride around in the RV forever. :) We had a great time and look forward to renting again!
