I Highly recommend! Dr.Caroline and her staff are amazing!
My 9 year old daughter suffered from very bad Migraine Headaches, Constipation also sleep deprivation which caused focusing to be very hard!
For 1 year we were trying everything the Doctors recommended for the Constipation. Nothing seemed to help Hadley. Hadley developed a Very Bad Migraine Headache for 3 months. The Doctors did a CT Scan on Hadley. Everything came back Normal. God Bless! Next the Doctors put Hadley on 2 different Migraine Medication which caused some very bad side effects. Hadley lost her appetite, cried all the time because of the Migraine Headaches. Thank God Dr. Caroline came into our lives!!
Dr. Caroline takes her time to explain everything to us. Also helped us understand how things are all connected to the spine. How Hadley's headaches and constipation is all linked together. One month of Chiropractic sessions changed Hadley's life! No more Constipation! Migraines are all gone!!! We are forever grateful for you Dr. Caroline. I wish more Doctors would recommend Chiropractors.

Dr Kami and her staff have always been the greatest. Today, after a visit I was surprised by Dr Kami and her staff as they presented me with a beautiful gift and card commemorating my being a client for 10 years. Not all services can be so successful at providing high quality service and then add to it their appreciation and recognition of their clients. We chose Dr Kami and the staff at Heartland Family Chiropractic for my familes needs because they care. They care for my health and they care for me. Faithful client for the next ten years and beyond.

I am a mom to four children, and new to the chiropractic world. My newest baby was having a number of issues with acid reflux, sleeping, gas and fussiness, and just generally being in a lot of stomach pain. Typically, she was up 7-10 times, each night. We had taken her to two different doctors and were desperate for her to feel better, and sleep better. I decided to meet with Dr. Caroline Ruppert and see if she felt like a good fit for our baby, and if she thought chiropractic services would help.
Immediately, I was impressed with how relatable, knowledgeable and kind Dr. Caroline is. Her passion for children was clear in our initial meeting. She provided me with reassurance and knowledgeable tips that I could try with my daughter, in addition to the chiropractic services we began for our baby daughter.
My husband and I began to see positive changes in our daughter just two weeks after taking her to see Dr. Caroline. We were cautiously optimistic that these positive changes would continue..... so we kept taking her. With each week that passed, we saw more and more positive changes in the form of less painful crying, less projective vomiting and spit ups, better appetite and better, longer stretches of sleep. Family members that did not see our daughter every day made comments that she seems so much happier and in less pain.
We have now been taking our baby to Dr. Caroline for four and a half months. I am beyond thrilled to be able to say that our sweet baby is so much happier, such a better sleeper and that her acid reflux is basically non-existent. What I would tell parents that are on the fence about taking an infant to see a chiropractor is- “Do it. I was unsure about it at first, and now I only wish I would have started with it sooner. It had made all the difference in the life of our baby.”

This place is one of a kind. Dr. Kami and her entire team are friendly, professional, and really focus on providing thoughtful, gentle adjustments that give results (RELIEF!!). Additionally, they really take the time to educate you on your problem areas and the treatment process. There is a positive, happy vibe that makes visiting a pleasure - I look forward to my appointments!
