They really went out of their way to show me they were my new shop. I asked if they were cheaper than the VW dealership because I’m so sick of over paying for services. Not only were they cheaper, but when they started the 1.5 hour diagnostic and realized my electrical problem was a result of the ice build up in my door that wouldn’t open they stopped and didn’t charge me for it. I’m quite sure that wouldn’t have happened at the dealership. I was charged $179. at VW just for a headlamp replacement AND the one I supplied was still sitting on the driver’s seat because they wouldn’t use it.
I got my oil changed for less than I was paying with a coupon at Jiffy Lube and they replaced my wipers at cost. They got me in and out within less than two hours. I’m grateful they didn’t charge me for the diagnostic service I didn’t need!
