The Ava N is a good place to live. It is convenient to so many locations in the north. And, on a good traffic day, you can get where you want in a reasonable amount of time. The management and staff will work with you to understand the issue if one arise. WE need to understand and have conversations about the community and remember its our place to live. When you see improvements being done to the property, it is always a plus. Little things count ,too! And, I'm so happy there is a place to walk and care for your pet.

Th Ava North apts are in a very good location. I have lived here for 10 years. The manager is working to have a nice place to live , even through the pandemic. As I have said before, to have a good understanding and a working relationship between management and residents, we have to work we should remember to respect one another! together to have a safe, beautiful and convenient home to live.

Beyond happy with my apartment. The management and customer service is beyond what I could’ve asked. Abby, the manager, has met beyond my expectations of my concerns and made sure they were all addressed and handled with importance. I’m very pleased with the way I have been treated from the moment I first walked in to now. Highly recommended to everyone else who’s looking for a new place.
