Pathway Hypnotherapy

I was feeling overwhelmed and not even sure why. I spent a good amount of time talking to people about benefits of hypnotherapy from those who benefitted from it. We scheduled 3 sessions and at each one I went deeper into calmness. I felt more serene and tranquil. It was like it released my negative thinking making space for more positive thoughts and good feelings.
