Excellent variety and flavor!! Regular meals, Meals under 400 calories, Keto friendly meals.... on-line menu is easy to use allowing you to sort based on type of meal you are looking for.
I like that the menus change weekly and that they offer to deliver the meals the following Tuesday. So far I’ve been so tired of my cooking that I’ve picked them up Monday evening so I can start the week off with a good dinner.
Packaging is also well done. Lids give you the nutrients plus directions on heating it up.

We've been enjoying Feel Good Meals as our primary weekday dinners for over a year now and we LOVE it! The changing menu always has a great assortment of dishes for our family to enjoy. The dishes are fresh, healthy and good portions (both filling and appropriately sized). We save money on groceries because we're not throwing away leftovers. We've lost weight because we're eating keto/paleo/vegetarian...and liking it. On a busy night our family has a balanced meal together instead of fast food.
