Holiday Inn Express & Suites Forest Hill - Ft. Worth SE

Not sure where to begin. So I had to relocate from an hour away at an IHG in Addison because the water lines busted and flooded the hotel. IHG Corporate worked diligently to search the surrounding cities of Dallas. Upon arrival I instantly knew the Property was Brand New. Soon as we walk through the door the front door Mitcey the on duty Management was above standard customer service. You'd swear you were in the Lobby of a "Luxury" Hotel like Waldoff Astoria. Recognizing my IHG "Spire Elite" member Status was a moment of appreciation warmly received. Yes this location was a breath of fresh air for me and my Wife. The rooms are fresh and clean and perfectly made. We travel many states and cities working across the country doing Hotel Renovation and to further add they did a great job with the building also. 2 Big thumbs up to the team here at this location. Thanks for making us feel at home.

Absolutely loved my stay at this holiday inn last night. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. They always greeted everyone with a smile! Also very clean, from the lobby area to the room! If you’re debating which hotel to stay at on your drive, look no further!

This is a great facility; it's a relatively new hotel. The hotel (and rooms) are immaculate. The front desk clerk (Rosa) was very professional, pleasant and thorough. Even in the time of pandemic, they have committed to providing a few pre-packaged items for breakfast. This is my first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express. I'll return! It's a breath of fresh air.

I was happy that my room was on the back side of the hotel away from the highway but there was still quite a bit of street noise. Aside from that, the room was very clean, bed was super comfortable. I wish they would serve some low carb options for breakfast.
