Castile Restaurant

Had a lovely Valentine's dinner with my boyfriend here while we were staying at the Hotel Zamora. Our server was very friendly and prompt and the manager even came out to check on our table. The only advice I will give is to make sure you make a reservation in advance just in case they are booked.

A casual but upscale experience with fresh, classic but trendy food. Gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway from the restaurant; the 360 Rooftop Bar has stunning views of the ocean. Large marble bar with comfy lounges. Welcoming and professional service. Located in a one-of-a-kind family owned boutique hotel with lots of venue space and exciting amenities.

When my wife and I dined we enjoyed some interesting take on foods and every dish and drink was well prepared and presented with friendly service. I enjoy Caesar salads for example and they offered a charred Caesar option which was a simple nice twist on what I’m used to. Octopus was delicious and fresh as were the main dishes we tried. It was towards closing and not very busy but the frequency of attention was spot on allowing us to focus on conversation and tasty bites. We dined because we stayed at the hotel which was also nice. If your in the area looking for $$$ quality food it’s a place we would dine at again even if not staying at the hotel.

Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, but we had an amazing meal. The Chef is fantastic - creative and nuanced dishes in an unassuming environment.

Ivy was the perfect compliment to the food: knowledgeable, enthusiastic and ever-present.

Will definitely be back!
