I just wanted to send a fast thank you to Felicia Brown for properly diagnosing and fixing our clogged drain. The first company we called tried was unsuccessful and told me that the line "must be broken" and they would have to tunnel under the home to the tune of THOUSANDS of dollars. Felicia arrived out, ran her camera and had the technician hydroblast (or whatever it's called) and had the issue fixed within two hours! I couldn't be more grateful as, like during C19, we simply don't have any extra $$$ right now. So THANK Felicia for your tenacity, professionalism and problem-solving skills! Great job!
