Janine is an incredible professional and hearing doctor. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make the patient more comfortable with his/her hearing. She has made my hearing loss much more manageable and an easier process.

I definitely recommend Janine as she is an incredible doctor and wonderful person.

I went somewhat reluctantly for a hearing test. The first audiologist I saw offered only one brand of hearing aid and pressured me to make a decision. I decided I wanted a second opinion and went to Hear Again America and met with Janine. She was efficient and thorough, patient, and no pressure. Her honesty about products and options was outstanding. She even suggested seeing an ENT doctor if that would help me decide. Without hesitation I placed an order for hearing aids and received more excellent service in getting them set up and adjusted. I highly recommend Janine and Hear Again America. By the way, I also had a choice of several brands and the prices were considerably less than the first place I visited for equal or better quality.
