Ping's Bistro 留湘 Fremont

I absolutely love the food here! Almost everything is a bit spicy so be prepared! The century eggs were my favorite, and they were displayed beautifully! There was a wait to be seated but it's definitely worth it. The area is a little bit dark but that just adds to the atmosphere m even though you are seated next to others, you definitely feel like you have your own space. The waiters and waitresses were very timely to serve our needs this time.

Gave this place a try with no expectations, the food did not disappoint. We ordered the chongqing spicy chicken, steamed fish with two flavor chili, and steamed eggplant with string bean. The fish was way larger than expected and was packed in a large serving tray. Everything was delicious, but I took off one star because the price was different from what's shown online and it came out to be more than expected.

I always go to ping bistro for food. They food is authentic and tasty. I love eating there. But since the Covid happen. I just got it to go. And it’s still delicious. The service is quick. And once you place a phone order, you can pick up in 10-20 mins. The lady over the phone her name is Michelle. She is fantastic. She make effort to help me all the time.

Food is always good quality and excellent here.
