The Food is good but 4 of 5 visits, the order is made incorrectly.

I’ve been coming here for years and never had an issue with my order, but recently an employee there was just on one. He seemed annoyed about something when I arrived, so it appeared to me like he was just trying to get through my order to get back to what he was doing. Not a problem for me. As long as I get my food, I’m happy. He skimped the whole way assembling my regular basic dish that I get EVERYTIME. I let it go because where he was doing the bare minimum, it was still at that minimum level, but then he didn’t heat up my tortilla on the side, and he forgot my salad dressing, which I didn’t realize till I got home. When I drove back, annoyed, because that’s what happens when you’ve had to endure one too many mistakes, I tried to explain to management (Daniela, she rocks) the situation and the same employee hovered, looked over the manager’s shoulder while she worked and interrupted us both. The final straw was that he gave me a long glare (where are we?) that I finally just had to tell him to go away because it was uncomfortable. Daniela had to back up my statement and tell him to back to work before he would start moving. She handled the situation like a pro, and her and her assistant were the ONLY reason I’ll step foot back in this place. Thanks girl.

Reliable. Professional service. The booths are wonderful for conversation. The food is very good. The Steak Dianne and the scalloped potatoes are excellent. One of the better choices in SF for a business dinner or a grown up date. And you pay for it.
