Play It Again Sports

Play It Again Sports has been so amazing during this pandemic!! We've had the hardest time finding any exercise machines, weights, anything and Play It Again Sports has saved us on many occasion! Their employees are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! They've been amazing and we will absolutely shop with them again!!

In the store, the young men at the counter promised delivery of a home gym within the week, and they followed up with the manager to nail down a time convenient for me.. On the day, they gave me a call, arrived promptly, took away the old home gym and gave me credit for it. They set up the new equipment. I was impressed by their problem-solving when the doorway was too narrow. They were quick and courteous.

I purchased a treadmill from this location and it was delivered and installed the next day. The service was excellent and the employees were extremely helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this location for fitness equipment. They exceeded my expectations!

The team at Play It Again Sports in Austell is awesome. We ordered a treadmill and asked for delivery and installation. The guys came right at the scheduled time, moved at a great pace, and installed the treadmill perfectly. The overall price was very fair and reasonable too. They give great customer service and have positive energy. My family will definitely be back.

While the staff were very friendly and helpful and the selection was good. We came looking for a bike helmet and the products were very dirty and had several had mud and pet hair and such all over them. Despite being very dirty and overly used, the price was only 5$ less than the exact same item sells for brand new next door at Walmart. I would rather pay 19$ at Walmart than 14$ for a very dirty used one. In the past we have gotten some good deals on items that were higher priced in the first place. But it seems like they have a lowest they will go price and maybe they do not do enough research on the original prices. So if you are looking for something that is not too expensive in the first place you will get robbed. My advice is to know your prices before you buy anything here. There are deals if you are looking for higher end items. But if you are not buying name brand you are better off shopping for clearances elsewhere

For the management. Your store has potential but you need to take the time to wipe down your products. If you do not want to use water, baby wipes are cheap and easy to use. If you do not want to make them appear reasonably clean them then you should not expect to get better than thrift store prices.
