Very hands on and challenging for anyone. They can teach you something no matter what level of skill you have.

They offer many types of classes and focus on technique.

Everyone is friendly yet competitive. They will definitely give you a work out.

Offers kids classes as well.

I been training under Coach Juan Tatum for 9 years and I can honestly say he is hands down one of the best coaches around and the training environment he has created at Peak Performance Watauga can't be beat by any other gym. The coaching staff is seriously legit and all the teammates not only train hard and have fun together, but to me what I love the best about this gym is no matter who you are everyone is welcomed and immediately part of the family. So if you want to learn from one of the best coaches ever, get in great shape, have fun and become part of a family, Peak Performance Watauga is your gym.
