Paul was great, Kind and efficient! Our carpet is incredibly better! Best carpet cleaning service we have had by far! They managed to fit us in right before my family came for our Thanksgiving within a matter of a few days when they were already booked! They worked with in our budget and were super nice!! We will never go with another carpet cleaning company again!

Kyle K. and his trainee Joe were extremely thorough and efficient. During the cleaning process, Kyle asked open-ended questions and informed me about the overall cleaning process and procedures being worked out on my carpet. Both Kyle and Joe were very professional and speedy. They finished in 1-hour and 30 minutes cleaning 3 rooms, our stairs, and our kitchen grout. Stephan and Joe (Joejoe) did a fabulous job. Stephan explained everything he was going to do and followed through. He also demonstrated how the different machines worked. I am very impressed with how careful they were. Very professional and personable. Stephan is very knowledgeable and it shows in his work ethic. I had the carpets, tole and wood floors cleaned. I will call on Zerorez again and tell others about your company.

The results were fantastic. The crew was very polite, professional, and thorough. I have 30+year old carpet, which were very soiled. They look great now and the stains are gone. I had most of the house done. The price was competitive and reasonable. I would definitely use them again, and I recommend them highly.
