(July 24, 2015, 6:07 pm)Shelby is super sweet and really took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and how little time I wanted to put into getting ready. He really got my "I'm lazy and frequently forget to use product" attitude and didn't judge. Also, the two people at the front desk who greeted me (and who's names I forgot) were really friendly and polite. They offered me a drink and my wait was very short. I was early for my appointment and they did not keep me waiting. I will be back.
