Karen is great with instruction and encouraging you to push to increase your ability to practice Pilates. I am completely new to Pilates and signed up for weekly individual instruction. Very happy with my progress and plan to stick with it to help me meet my goals of staying in shape.

If you are thinking about trying a class. I highly recommend Karen if you are thinking about trying Pilates.

Karen is an amazing Pilates trainer. She has been so patient with a novice like me as I learn the different techniques. What I am most impressed with is her knowledge of the body and how to get the most effective results through Pilates. I will never train with another professional other than Karen. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for the most amazing Pilates teacher!!!

Karen works with me and she is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the body. Spends time to evaluate what your strengths and weaknesses are. Explains in detail why certain movements would help build my strength. She is very patience and does not rush.
I would highly recommend her.

karen is my favorite Pilates instructor I have found in my practice ! She is always coming up with new sequences and pushes you to your limit in the best way! I started new to Pilates and Karen helped me really love the practice and advance outside my comfort zone. Even better she always greets you with a smile and ready to make your day better and stronger . Her teaching technique is patient , kind and fun!

For me it was the best Pilates class I have ever taken! Karen is a great professional, she has a lot of knowledge, I recommend you to try it. The class is dynamic, works the whole body, I didn't even see time go by. Great!
