Kelly's style of training has this wonderful fluidity to it. I felt comfortable right from the start and found the session to be very balanced. All round great experience, excited to continue with her…hidden gem!
Instructor pays great attention to form and was able to really customize the session to my needs. 10/10 would recommend!!
I'm new to Pilates so I decided to take a private to get some extra attention. The lesson was given at her home studio which was a very comfortable and nice environment. Kelly is super patient and knowledgeable (and cute too!). She let me know what I was doing wrong and how to fix it every time I did an exercise with bad form, which I really appreciated. She also asked what my goals were and catered the lesson to them. I was pretty sore the next couple of days! Pilates by Kels is a great little studio. I highly recommend giving her a try. I'll be back again soon.
