True professionals! They walked us through our home inspection process from beginning to end. We received an email prior to our inspection to remind us of our appointment and provided information of the lead technician to ensure that we knew who was going to be on site. They arrived early and were ready to go by the time that we arrived. They were extremely thorough, answered every question that we had and provided a detailed report with pictures and explanations of everything that was identified. They explained the entire report to ensure that we understood everything that was listed and proceeded to answer every question that we had without rushing through the process. As a professional engineer, I was impressed with how thorough Safe House was in their inspection. They also took the time on-site to answer any questions I had and took a humble stance in asking me if I had found anything when I walked through the house.
