I called H'GFixing Glass Doors because my son knocked the door of the track and I was pretty sure the wheels had broken. I called Mike and Ben first thing on Monday morning. They were able to fit me in at the end of the day. They arrived got right to work pulling both sliders out, turned it on it's side saw the problem, replaced the wheels and also added some bug guards while they were at it. I was impressed and highly recommend calling them if you have any sliding glass door issues!

Last month we were the victims of an attempted burglary. Fortunately, we were home at the time and the criminal never made it fully inside. Unfortunately, the criminal completely destroyed a lower level Anderson casement window. We promptly called Anderson window regarding the window replacement. Anderson informed us that All-Weather is the only "certified installer" of H'GFixing Glass Doors in the city metropolitan area. Thereafter, we dealt directly with Tim, Service Manager. This morning he installed the new casement window. It looks great! Tim was punctual, pleasant and professional. In addition, Tim took extra time to educate us on the proper ongoing care and maintenance of our Anderson windows. I cannot recommend Tim any higher, as the "star rating" stops at five. thanks H'GFixing Glass Doors!
