Just plain pleasant. Devin Moore was very very patient and helpful. Loved how he was as excited about my purchase as I was. Always took the time to take care of me, specially during this challenging automotive environment, as deliveries are taking a bit to occur. The wait was worthwhile, and Devin Moore made sure of that. I cannot praise Davis- Moore Chevrolet enough!! I was greeted so genuinely and treated so kindly by all who I encountered there. Specifically Big Al, I am immensely grateful for this man! His kindness, integrity and sincerity spoke volumes to me! He made purchasing a vehicle a peaceful non anxiety inducing experience. I am a single mom of two small children and was looking for a safe, reliable, economical vehicle- and found just that, a car that checked all the boxes! Service Consultant Kim and Super Tech Blake seriously went above and beyond for us! We were out of town travelers stranded while hauling horses - they exhibited exceptional customer service, support and know how. While we waited we saw and heard at least 5 examples of how the service staff voluntarily navigated different scenarios for the clients benefit. Just phenomenal service!
