The young lady I spoke with was a smart and very customer focused . I simply went to pay bill. She researched discounts for me without me asking. This led me to ask about other deals. She basically sold me on another deal by taking the time to listed to my financial constraint. I used to measure customer experience at apple. And she is doing the job the way you want it done. The way that will differentiate from others . Bravo
