I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Prius Prime from Auction Direct USA. My experience was extremely positive. Bare in mind I have probably purchased around fifty cars in my lifetime and I was extremely uneasy with purchasing a car online without actually inspecting it prior to the purchase. Both Tom and Chandler did an excellent job with inspecting the car for me. The entire process from the purchase to delivery was outstanding with awesome communication. Delivery was great!! Luke kept me notified along the way with where he was in the delivery process and the expected time of delivery was met accurately. All of the employees I have mentioned have made a customer for life. Thanks to all of you and thank you Auction Direct USA.

No B.S, Easiest car buying experience ever. And I’ve bought a lot of cars. I came from over 2 hours away and they had everything ready to go for me and was in and out with no pressure to buy anything the whole time. They even transported the car down from their NY location for me! When it’s time for another car, Auction Direct will be the first place I look. Thanks again Chandler!

What a great experience from beginning to end!

I found an amazing deal online for a 2018 Jeep Gran Cherokee through Auction Direct. The price didn’t even come close to other models with the same (very low) mileage. I spoke to Jamar, who was very polite and helpful in answering my questions, on Sunday telling him I’d be by to check it out and take a test drive. I unfortunately did not make it and he called me back to make sure I was still coming. I thought it was very cool that he followed up to check in and make sure everything was okay. The next day I got my insurance and loan in order, pretty much planning on buying the vehicle if all went well with the test drive. When I arrived the car was ready for me, pristine inside and out! I explained my thoughts and told him I was anxious to drive it. While I took the vehicle out, Jamar got my info and started up the paperwork and also gave me a very fair estimate on trading in my older Jeep Liberty. By the time I got back I was ready to buy but in a bit of a rush because of my shift for work approaching. Jamar then introduced me to Tony, his sales manager who congratulated me on getting a great loan with a great rate then very respectfully asked if he could try to beat it. He did! I was now getting a great car I was set on with a better loan (interest rate) than I had walked in with! After deciding on the loan I had to leave to go work my shift. When I got off and returned the car paperwork were fully ready for me and I was out the door with all of my questions answered in 30 minutes.

Sorry for the long review but in short....YES I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Auction Direct and if you can make sure you talk to Jamar and Tony for one of the best customer service/car buying experiences ever!
