LTD West Commerce

It’s been great so far. I love the community. The staff has been very friendly. I love everything about my spacious apartment and the design features.

I stayed at LTD when it was Broadstone LTD for a little over a year, and overall I loved staying there. I loved the layout of my apartment and the large closet, but I would recommend getting a unit not facing the road. I enjoyed the amenities and the package lockers. Maintenance staff was super friendly and always responded within 24 hours. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was people waiting to follow me into the garage. Management changed while I was getting ready to move out, but Misty was helpful in making sure my original move out agreement was recognized. Awesome location and so close to everything you need. Great experience overall.

I have been living here for over a year and have absolutely loved it! We have recently had new faces in the leasing office and Misty has been the absolute BEST! She is so friendly and patient and makes everyone feel right at home. If you’re thinking about making the move, you don’t have to think twice!

I've lived at Broadstone LTD since late February and have loved being here! The staff is always very responsive and communicative (especially the community manager Joshua). The community is well taken care of and always looks clean. The maintenance team does a great job of taking care of the property and maintenance requests. It's a gorgeous community and a wonderful staff!
