I ordered delivery from here. Food arrived warm and crispy. Not greasy like other fast food joints. Thanks for a great first experience! I will certainly be ordering again.

I think ownership has changed a lot over the years, but I know there staff has changed a lot. About 7 years ago, I remember as soon as I ordered a philly cheesesteak sandwich, one of their employees went to the supermarket across the street, which has now been replaced by carvel, and bought some ground beef, which wasn't halal, and tried to serve that to me. I was able to notice their scandal because it was taking over 30 mins for 1 order of a sandwich and everyone who ordered after me got their stuff before me. But their time has changed and I their service has too. I doubt they're selling food that isn't halal anymore and unlike in the past, their staff are much more friendlier and they serve food much faster too, as I have realized on my recent and past visits. I think their menu was much larger before, but now it has been simplified and focused. Overall, I think they have improved a lot over the years and I feel that they deserve some credit and recognition for that.
