Big fan of this place - 10/10 recommend. They were very helpful and friendly. They were also up-front and honest about what they could/could not fix, and didn't string me along for added charges when they knew it wouldn't address the root of the issue (like other repair shops I've been to). Overall, the service was great, and the pricing was even better!

Wonderfully friendly as soon as I walked in the door. Came in for a check engine light but found quite a bit more work on our plate. They were so understanding and helped me make some step by step decisions. Very considerate of my pocket book. Giving the heave-ho to the dealerships. Coming here for anything car related I need from now on. AND they have loaner cars!! Great to know!!

Car crapped out 90 miles from my house and was towed to Gary Willes. They were not able to recreate the issue and spent a few days trying to do so. They also inspected my car in detail and found numerous issues which they did correct at the same time as trying to recreate the issue I was having. After about a week, I did come pick up my car. During the ride home this original issue cropped up. I drove back to the garage and they jumped through hoops and immediately corrected the issue (tricky bad alternator - they did not even charge me labor!!!) in record time while I waited. Awesome customer service, very honest, and very detailed investigation and report of all other issues found with my car. Very happy and wish these guys were in Milwaukee. Go with these guys!

A few weeks ago my car would not start, even with a jump. I called Gary Wille's, explained the problems, and they took it from there. They got my car to the shop, diagnosed the troubles, and had it repaired quickly, professionally and with superior workmanship and customer service. Last week I needed tires, so guess where I went for service and recommendations? Gary Wille's. They got me in as soon as I could make it and had the work done efficiently and expertly. They even got me a loaner car so I would not be stranded. Especially in this pandemic, this is a big deal! My thanks to Ryan, the Mechanic, and Tyler at the front desk. The most cost, and time effective work is the work that is done right the first time. Gary Wille's gets my thumbs up!

The best experience I've had in a long time with an auto repair service. I thought I needed a new fuel pump for my vehicle but these honest, professional gentlemen informed me that my fuel gauge was not functioning and I just needed gas. I know of some places that would have installed a new fuel pump just to charge me more. Thank for the honesty and giving me a real estimated time of completion! HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY, RECOMMENDED!!!
