Great place to get WHATEVER kind of workout you are looking for! In addition, Kimberly offers psychiatric and mental therapy as well! Fantastic place to do boot camp classes, personal 1 on 1 training, as well as getting a little relief and assistance with LIFE issues! Get your FIX here!

Clean gym, new equipment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent Zumba classes. Would rate 5 stars if they provided towels.
