Paradise Bay Resort

The Palm Harbor T-Mobile is better than the one in my neighborhood in Dunedin. The folks in Palm Harbor are well trained to help us non-technical folks. The Dunedin store sales people are only trained to sell you items that you don't want. They are not trained to help with technical problems.I am happy with my tablet and phone.

Hamdi saves the day again! Two years ago he helped me get set up when this was still sprint and this week he helped me again by setting me up with a new phone. Thank you for always being fantastic. It is greatly appreciated!

When my mother and I visited T-Mobile to inquire about their products for 5G, a knowledgeable and courteous employee helped us and stayed with us until we finished the transaction. His name was Andy Ibraihim. He was excellent!

We were do for an upgrade and stopped in for the details. We were greeted by "Cameron", one of the Tech's on duty this day. He showed us what phones were available, and the details of each choice. Explained what each model and choice would give us, then Explained the different plans available! We made our choices, upgraded our phones, and selected an unlimited plan that fit our needs - all while saving us money each month over what we have been paying!! Win, Win!!! Very Happy and Satisfied!!!

Our stay was amazing! We had a waterfront cottage and it was beautiful and we had the BEST view! We are definitely coming back when we can have the full experience once COVID is over!!

I stayed here in August 2019 with my mom and sister and we just loved it!!! It was so wonderful and we enjoyed renting kayaks and SUPs and exploring the bay. The views from our porch were amazing to wake up to. We loved the dinner and listening to the story teller! It was my favorite place I stayed on the entire island!

I would stay here again and again. I’ve stayed in the Honolulu area before so getting away from all the crowds and the city was a nice treat. The staff is AMAZING. They were so accommodating and even helped us change our flat tire late at night. We actually stayed in the room right below the lobby and had no problems at all with loud noises or disruptions. I loved the floating docks you could lay out on, the kayak rentals, washer/dryer, and the different amenities. I highly recommended staying here.

So much to say about this unique, beautiful place. It is quiet and gorgeous beyond belief. The staff was helpful and kind, working through a pandemic and providing clean recreational spaces and equipment, they truly went above and beyond to care for their residents! Truly a gem and I'll 100% be back. Oh the pool and hot tub were awesome.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 10 days while moving out of one house and into another. We love staying at this hotel the rooms are comfortable. The views are incredible and atmosphere is so relaxing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We spoke to Kris most of the time and she was amazing. We had to extend our stay a couple of nights and originally would have had to move to another room for the last two nights, but Kris worked her magic and was able to keep us in the same room. She also gives great recommendations. I was also very impressed with all of the processes put in place during the pandemic, which made us feel safe staying here.
