  I saw Paul Howard who helped me significantly in many areas. Whatever issue you want to solve, I expect Paul can help, he was direct, straight-talking and only interested in working with me to find solutions which was accomplished in just 3 sessions. I am recommending him to all my friends and family.

  Attended about 3-4 weeks having seen another hypnotherapist in central London 9 month earlier (who, incidentally, cost twice the price..!)
  
  The guy himself? Unbelievably knowledgeable, sympathetic to your needs and feelings. Provides a tailor made solution for you - not some 'off the shelf' job at all.
  Also - he's an ex-smoker himself (in my book - that DEFINITELY helps!)
  
  Had no need to use the 'after-session' help but if I did? I'm no doubt he'd have helped out immensely.
  Thanks for giving me back 30 years/£3,000 per year!

  Paul Howard had a hugely positive influence on me a few years ago. As well as helping me quit smoking, Paul gave me the tools to start living a more confident and happier life. I'd warmly recommend him to anyone.

  Excellent - In just one session with Paul H from SICH I stopped smoking after having been a smoker for 30 years. That was nearly a year ago and have never been tempted in the slightest to restart. Totally relaxing and craving-free way to give up smoking. Thank you Paul, Andy C.
