This is a beautiful centrally located property at a charming and vibrant waterfront community in DC. I especially enjoyed the hospitality and professionalism of the lovely Angela Brunner, who gave a thorough tour and answered all my questions with the kind of accuracy that demonstrates her expert knowledge and experience in the industry.

Everyone at The Banks has been courteous and professional throughout our entire move-in process from the concierge to the management! Angela was quick to respond to our questions and concerns before and after moving in making it a much more pleasant experience

Angela is a great asset for The Banks! She was gracious in taking time out of her day for an in-person discussion of an issue that came up in the building. Our conversation was very helpful because of how Angela handled it - she was friendly, clear, understanding, and professional. Keith Conquest and Willy are some of the best people you'll ever meet. They are incredibly friendly and building the community in the building. Both of you guys have gone well above and beyond to help me out. I really appreciate everything. Keep rocking guys.
