Dani was extremely patient and kind. She tolerated my lack of technology knowledge and walked us through the process with expertise and politeness. Had read negative reviews about this store in the past, but I had an excellent experience 👌.

When my husband and I walked in store we were immediately greeted by a store employee Aaron and manager Zach . They were very nice and helpful. Asked us what we were looking for etc. He showed us some phones and explained the pros and cons and prices. Aaron let us look around without bothering us and then came later to see if we found anything we liked. After we picked our 2 phones he explained the paying options we had and then he helped check us out . You need more people like them !! Overall, it was a nice great customer service experience!!!!!!!

Great customer service! The young lady who helped me was obviously new, but she made up for it by genuinely wanting to help me decide on the phone I purchased. Couldn’t be happier! The manager who helped in the transaction is a great guy. Highly recommended! Thanks so much.

Great experience with this store! Zack and Navy were so wonderful helping my stepson and his girlfriend through the process of buying their new phones. They are new to the area and were instantly put at ease.
