Alex Mart is an excellent communicator, open and humble with no ego. She easily integrated my requests with her own training and wisdom. She tailored each massage to support both my body's immediate needs such as pain from a concussion and whiplash, and long-term goals such as scoliosis and posture imbalance. Her hands and great listeners; they always respected my body’s desired pace.

Her massage space is great, as is her bedside manner and hygiene. She’s sweet and warm but not chatty, leaving room for silence and allowing me to sink into the session. Even in her silence I could feel her warmth and connected energy. She has better listening skills and technique than several other body workers I’ve seen who have decades more experience.
