AT&T Store

Everyone here is amazing. Shout out to Deserae and Dustin and Erica and Tori

We went to the Tri-City (Newcastle) AT&T store to upgrade our phones. We were helped by store manager Desarae and Dustin and they were both awesome. We have been to other AT&T stores where the customer service wasn't so good. Desarae and Dustin patiently, answered all of our questions and helped us with issues which were beyond the scope of their job description. Desirae and her team were awesome for me! Had a tech problem with my new watch and she didn’t quit til it was resolved and working! Stayed and 1.5 hours past closing time to help me out! So glad to be doing business with them!

this is Best store ever!! they have helped me learn my products I bought there, Apple phone and Apple Ipad! they have helped me save money by suggesting other phone plans. they are friendly and helpful!! i have been to Yukon and Moore store. they are snotty, do not care to really help you. they act like you’ve bored them if you need more than 10 minutes. For an untechnical person, I need help and service at times. I would have changed phone carrier if I had not lucked into the ATT Newcastle store.
